In addition to Hong Kong, we also provide overseas delivery services.

How long does shipping take?
Customers can generally expect delivery within 2-3 working days after order confirmation for Hong Kong and Macau areas. Due to factors such as customs clearance for overseas goods, delivery is estimated to take 5-18 working days for other regions.
Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

SF Express may need to call or text you regarding delivery matters; if you choose "SF Store Pickup Service" or "SF Smart Cabinet Pickup Service", please provide the correct +852 mobile phone number, and SF Express will contact you by text message regarding delivery matters.
SF Express will send the waybill number to your mobile phone number via text message on the day of shipment. You can track your order through the SF Express website.

Can a refund be requested if the delivered goods are rejected?

- All products will be arranged for delivery after inspection. Unless there is a quality issue with the product itself, no order cancellation, return, refund, or replacement will be accepted for any reason/personal preferences/subjective factors.
- Due to hygiene reasons, all sold products, whether opened or not, cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or replaced. Please consider carefully before placing an order.
- No order cancellation will be accepted due to delivery time issues.
- No order cancellation, return, refund, or replacement will be accepted for any product that has been damaged or destroyed during transportation after shipment.
- If a refund is arranged under special circumstances approved by the head office, only unopened regular-priced products can be exchanged within 7 days after receipt of the goods. Original payment receipts for in-store payments or online shopping payment proofs must be presented for exchange. Opened, used, or damaged products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
