    What should I do if I have allergic symptoms?
    All products can only be sold after passing the composition and quality tests of the Korean Food and Drug Administration. The product ingredients will be listed on the product packaging or product instructions to help you determine any sensitivity to certain ingredients. It is recommended to understand the product ingredients and your skin condition before purchasing the product. In case of any allergic reaction, it is recommended to seek medical advice immediately.

    Besides Hong Kong, can other countries deliver?

    In addition to Hong Kong, we also provide overseas delivery services .

    ※ Overseas orders will be charged corresponding shipping charges depending on the total weight of the order. If required by customs, you will be responsible for the required import taxes, customs duties and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. For matters such as taxes, please contact your local customs office directly. ※

    How long does the shipping time take ?

    Customers can generally deliver within 2-3 working days in Hong Kong and Macau after the order is confirmed. In other regions, due to the impact of customs declaration and other factors on overseas products, it is expected to be delivered within 5-18 working days. ●Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays ●

    Note Central Mailbox is not accepted as delivery address by postal service.

    Can I request a refund if I reject an incoming shipment?

    If the customer refuses to accept the delivered shipment for personal reasons, including refusal to sign/refuse to pay customs duties, failure to provide required documents, etc., the company will not refund.

    Is there a physical receipt for online shopping?

    After the transaction is successfully completed, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email with the confirmed order information.

    After online shopping, can I pick up the goods at the store?

    For Hong Kong orders, you can choose to pay online and pick up at the Hong Kong specialty store.

    **The goods must be picked up within seven days (excluding Monday) after the order is successfully placed, otherwise the goods will be deemed abandoned**

    Can the product be refunded or exchanged for another product?

    In view of personal hygiene issues, no return or exchange service is provided for all orders or gifts.

    1. In order to avoid any disputes, once all products are successfully placed and paid for, the order will be canceled, returned, refunded or replaced without any reason.

    2. All products will be shipped after inspection. If there is no problem with the quality of the product itself, the order will be canceled, returned, refunded or replaced without any reason/personal preference/subjective factors.

    3. Due to hygienic issues, all sold products, regardless of whether they are opened or not, are not subject to cancellation, return, refund or replacement. Please consider carefully when placing an order.

    4. Cancellation of orders due to delivery issues will not be accepted.

    5. If all the goods are damaged or destroyed during delivery, we will not be able to cancel the order, return the goods, refund or replace them.

    6. If a refund is arranged under special circumstances, if the purchased product is accompanied by a gift, the unopened gift must be returned together with the product, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
